Join us for a tasting of four wines from Coppola's Diamond Collection.The Francis Coppola Diamond Collection began in 1997 as an ambitious endeavor to make wines of character and complexity at an affordable price. Sourced from California vineyards that not only have proven track records but are also managed according to rigorous standards, Diamond Collection wines are classic California expressions that offer fruit-forward, multi-dimensional flavor and immediate drinkability. These wines are a true labor of love—we invite you to share them with us.
Cabernet Sauvignon is dark magenta wine a nose of currant, blackberry and toasted oak and flavors of black cherries, cassis, anise and espresso bean.
Chardonnay is a buttercup yellow wine with aromas of cantaloupe, pear and cinnamon and flavors of apple, passion fruit and crème brulées.
Zinfandel is a deep purple garnet wine with aromas of strawberry jam, briary blackberries and toasted oak with flavors of raspberries, plums, cloves, and créme brulee.
Pinot Noir is a deep purple garnet wines with aromas of strawberry jam, wild raspberries and rose petals with flavors of cranberry, raspberry, cherry and allspice.
